Divide By Zero
My first novel, a speculative science fiction story which explores human identity, collective memory, and the fault lines between faith and transcendence. It could be read as a prequel to Iain M. Banks’ Culture, or as a meditation on what must break before a civilisation becomes a collective force for the good of all.
Currently in the final stages of editing before I start seeking an agent from July 2025.

The Elements Of Scale
Four simple imperatives for founders and leaders in tech to use as they scale their businesses. After 30 years as a leader in tech, I developed this framework to drive focus and autonomy amongst my teams. A hierarchy of needs for founders, this model explains some of the implications of unbalanced growth and lays out a set of actionable advice to ensure growth is balanced.
