We currently bring a combined experience of over 40 years in defining, developing and delivering world leading technology solutions for a diverse range of businesses and market sectors.

Techn@gerial are:

Paul Jackson      
Paul has held various development roles over the last 15 years ranging from Software Engineer to Technical Architect. He has extensive development experience using many languages and methodologies. Paul is an excellent communicator, standard setter and  best practices expert in all aspects of design, development and software quality assurance.  

Matt Jones      
Matt has over 15 years industry experience, focusing on development and delivery management in telco, defence and internet markets. He is a proven and successful manager of product and SaaS delivery teams and has expert knowledge of software development, project management and product development lifecycles. He has in depth knowledge of outsourced resourcing models and extensive line and organisational management experience.

John Powell
John is an experienced Windows software developer having built business applications in a number of sectors over 18 years. John’s current focus is on managing software developers at a strategic and tactical level and providing architectural input at the organisation level.

John Urquhart
John has been testing software for over 16 years in the financial services, telecoms, and latterly managed e-mail security markets. His philosophy is to keep things simple by applying predictable and measurable process to project lifecycle activity. This has enabled his teams to deliver projects on a regular basis with high levels of accuracy. John is passionate about his work, and his teams. His structuring of the 30+ QA team at MessageLabs resulted in him winning the prestigious Clemens/Kaufman award in 2007.

Owen Hicks
Owen is a seasoned developer, architect and development manager with over 15 years experience in developing and delivering leading edge solutions and architectures. Owen is adept at coupling pragmatic realism with strategic thinking and pushing his teams to deliver to the "next great thing" rather than the mediocre.
